Vietnamese alphabet name change

[edit]

Hi, there is a vote on changing the name of the article "Vietnamese alphabet" to "quốc ngữ". As someone who've contributed to the article, you might want to participate. DHN 01:08, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your signature

[edit]

Your signature, apart from height issues, directs users to User:David, which is clearly not your username. User:David, however, has no contributions, so if you can get the people over at MFD to vote for that account's deletion, you may be able to move your account there. I am not an administrator, so you will want to consult with one for the details. - AMP'd 22:18, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I hadn't remarked the wrong link. How stupid I must have been that day... Anyway, I corrected it. As for changing my login to David, the guy used to have two contributions, the day I first signed up for Wikipedia-en... David Da Vit 10:50, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Over two years later, another comment on your signature: per Wikipedia:Signatures#Images, images (such as File:Da Vit in Chu Nôm.jpg) are not allowed in signatures. However, you may use the Unicode symbols for these characters. —Angr 14:15, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am yet to find a font including these characters, so if it's really that much of a problem, I can only remove the image... MuDavid (talk) 07:26, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thank you! +Angr 13:21, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, you are invited to join Wikipedia:WikiProject Vietnam, where those of us interested in improving Vietnam-related articles meet to discuss which projects need to be done. Just add your name in the list of Participants, and we'd be glad to have you! Badagnani (talk) 02:46, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Being almost entirely immersed in quantum field theory now, I will pass. Maybe when I'll be rich and have more time... David Da Vit 10:52, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, since you were the user who initially added <references /> to the article Bessel function, I am asking for your permission to replace it with {{Reflist}}. Do you have any objections regarding this change? --bender235 (talk) 20:39, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, go ahead. I'm not that possessive over my edits. :-) MuDavid (talk) 07:11, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Stewards doing xwiki admin check

[edit]

Hi MuDavid. Stewards are undertaking further works on inactive admins through the wikis, and I see that you are

  • admin at vi.wiktionary.org

at that wiki you have been inactive for many years. If you do not wish to maintain those rights, then they can be resigned at m:SRP; if you do wish to maintain those rights, it would help if you could do some editing on that wiki when we get to do formal notifications to the wiki. Thanks. — billinghurst sDrewth

That's correct. I suppose I could be removed from office, as I don't know when I'll ever have time to work on that project again. Real life is taking up much of my time now. MuDavid (talk) 13:28, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
