I tagged Effie Anderson Smith because I don't see anything in it to suggest that this individual is notable. I would suggest putting in a very concise summary of this artist's accomplishments and providing the references you've mentioned. Use the <ref>CITE HERE</ref> format. If you do that, then remove the {{prod}} tag from the top of the article. That should be a good way to get the article going. Shadowjams (talk) 07:51, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
