Whoopee John Wilfahrt

Hi, please don't remove deletion tags from your own work. An administrator will assess the situation. In the meantime, please read and follow the instructions in the tag. Thanks. -- Butseriouslyfolks 10:43, 11 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Over-infoboxification

[edit]

I notice you are putting quite a few info-boxes on the articles. I've addressed this subject here Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_LGBT_studies#Over-infoboxification - you may wish to contribute. --DavidShankBone 19:27, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Kelsey Olson

A tag has been placed on Kelsey Olson, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Mhking 02:16, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices, as you did with Kelsey Olson. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. --Mhking 02:55, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation to join WP:LGBT

[edit]

Hi! After looking over your edit history, I was wondering if you'd be interested in joining the LGBT WikiProject? Take a look around, and if you are interested, sign up! Thanks! -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 06:33, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Chris Daniel requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} at the top of the article, immediately below the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate), and providing your reasons for contesting on the article's talk page, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

You may want to read the guidelines for specific types of articles: biographies, websites, bands, or companies. Lionel (talk) 03:21, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
