Menopause Article - adding section on menopause in the workplace

Hopefully I am doing this correctly... this is my first talk page post.

For our group assignment, I am proposing to create a new subsection on the Menopause wikipedia page to be nested under "Society and Culture." It would be called "Menopause and the Workplace." For this group project, I am proposing to add information on how physical and psychological work environments can aggravate negative symptoms of menopause. Below is a description of the text I would like to add to the wikipedia page. Please take a look and let me know if I should make any changes!

"Employment may also play a role in the experience of menopause. Research suggests that physical and psychological work environments can aggravate negative symptoms of menopause.(1) Proximity to restrooms, temperature, and access to open work spaces are all aspects of the physical work environment that can negatively influence symptoms. Lack of support from employers and high stress work environments have been documented through research as additional aggravators of symptoms."
