I think you will find that Ryan Giggs was definitely known as Ryan Wilson until his teens. He is referred to as such in several match commentaries from his youth days (back when schools football was broadcast on telly). Also, why would he be registered at birth as Ryan Joseph Wilson when his parents were still married until after they moved to Manchester? – PeeJay15:42, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
