My human rights have been infringed, i think i will have to go to the european court of human rights

Wikipedia is not subject to the jurisdiction of that court (being located in the United States), and your legal action makes about as much sense as if you submitted an unsuitable article to the newspaper, and then sued them for failure to publish it.
