[edit]I appreciate that you are interested in contributing to Wikipedia, but persistently re-adding references to the new micronation Virtexa when you have no references or sources, no publications about it, nothing even showing up on Google violates several Wikipedia standards.
Articles have to be on noteable topics. They have to be supported by reliable sources, usually publications in print by reputable news organizations or books or the like, and those sources have to be verifiable by other Wikipedians.
We are not here to be a repository of ideas people made up in a day. This is an encyclopedia of the world.
Please keep these policies and goals in mind going forwards.
Thank you. Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 22:16, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a place to advertise things you just created today (literally). Please see WP:NOT. You are free to create a website, blog, MySpace or Facebook page, or any other type of web documentation on your project. But it's not suitable for Wikipedia. Thank you.
