I appreciate your concern for Wikipedia becoming a TV guide, but most of the other episodes have articles. I believe the above mentioned article should remain as it fits perfectly in the List of Diagnosis: Murder episodes article.
Yeah, I like, totally pulled a boner there, dude. Mr Spunky Toffee 19:24, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
removing your comments from the policy pump
[edit]In future, try to get your facts straight before you accuse other editors of things. --Charlesknight 09:11, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
Yes, it seems you were right and I was wrong. Apologies are in order. Sorry. Mr Spunky Toffee 14:10, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
- sorry I did see this the other day and meant to say thanks. --Charlesknight 14:17, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
I do not think that that article is notable at all. Wikipedia is not a street dictionary, and the article itself is borderline obscene. Wow. And this is the 5th time? Hmm... Anyway, thanks for showing this to me. Diez2 13:02, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
- Nominating an article for deletion so soon after it just finished is a waste of the community's time and usually considered a bad faith nomination. Consensus can change, yeah, but not so quickly. — Saxifrage ✎ 15:50, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
- Never mind! Taking it to a review is a good idea. Note that soliciting the attention of other users like myself is generally frowned on and you should avoid that. But strike my comment about nominations, since that was off-target. — Saxifrage ✎ 15:53, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice on nominating too early and the ethics of "soliciting." I'll watch myself in the future. Mr Spunky Toffee 15:55, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
I disagree with your removal of the reference to Cleveland Steamer on Cheap Seats. By naming the owner of the Putt Putt center "Steamer" and mentioning that he was from Cleveland the whole skit was written to lead up to that reference.--Emurray 22:11, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Slavic mythology
[edit]Wow! Thanks a lot for the barnstar!!! You can chech my contribution page, I'm afraid that my English needs a copyedit (I'm Italian). Thanks again and good work. --Attilios 15:21, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
Adoption
[edit]I'd be very happy to adopt you! Just tell me if you need help and place the template on your userpage. Cheers!--Tdxiang 03:51, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
Thanks! I put the template on my page. Be aware that I'm an old man compared to you. I'm a 32 year old American who graduated high school when you were born, but I'm sure you can help me out. I look forward to hearing from you. Mr Spunky Toffee 04:54, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
HI Spunky Toffee, you seemed to ask for another adopter - so I have also adopted you. If you have any questions leave them on your talk page or on Tdxiang or mine User talk:Lethaniol, look forward to hearing from you.
- I am generally around most days - so will be able to answer any questions within 24hr at latest (normally within 12)- but please note will be on wikiholiday this Saturday, and Thursday to Saturday next week. After that will be around all the time. :) Lethaniol 15:30, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
- Glad to have another person interested in Health Sciences on board. If you are interested in drugs, then you are in luck because lots of drugs articles need lots of work.
- See Wikipedia:WikiProject Drugs for the main project page on developing drug articles or just go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Directory/Science for list of other Science and Health orientated projects.
- If you want to go freestyle and just find some pages to contribute, then look through the stub lists maybe e.g. for all pharamcoloy articles that are stubs (=short articles that need work on) see Category:Pharmacology stubs. Enjoy Lethaniol 16:11, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
- Yes that is a good article to start on - it needs some expansion - you may find this resource useful [1] - I use it all the time as a pharmacist, though you will likely find more detailed info on some American sites. Good Luck Lethaniol 16:18, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
Poop on a plate
[edit]I thought the whole poop on a plate discussion was hilarious. I think you were obviously right in the whole matter, but some weirdoes like looking at poop I guess. lol. Lonelyboy 02:32, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
