Just a quick note if I may, you claim that the Shadow ArbCom will take over if the actual Committee refuses to act. Thats a nice idea, but regardless of any desicion the Shadow committee makes, do you honestly think it will be recognised by the rest of the Wiki community? All your time spent voting and discussing will be for nothing if the rest of the community just takes your establishment as a joke.
