Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Mpatel48, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Sources

[edit]

Hi. You may not be aware that OMICS journals are not usable as sources on Wikipedia, due to their predatory publishing practices and long history of spamming (the entire company is banned from editing). See OMICS Publishing Group for more details on their publishing practices. Guy (help! - typo?) 12:27, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

HI! Do you mind helping me figure out which source falls in that category? I am unsure which one it is, I can remove and replace it. Mpatel48 (talk) 21:01, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
