Black River

Apparently you see something I don't. Tell me how Dennis Bratland's image [1] differs materially from the map that you inserted (or, for that matter, the image at [2]). Of course, I'm referring specifically to the pre-1916 course of the Black River. Are you being confused by Bratland's overlay of the current "short dammed stream" on the same map? — Myasuda (talk) 22:49, 23 February 2014 (UTC)

Bratland's image labels two streams as the Black River when only the portion between Lake Washington and the confluence is the Black River. The other tributary, depending upon era, is either the White or the Green River, but it is not the Black, as is indicated in the file I uploaded. --Mox La Push (talk) 23:02, 23 February 2014 (UTC)

All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Commandant's Letter of Commendation Ribbon

Hi Mox La Push, How are you. I don't think we have spoke before. Howdy. I see you have removed the globalize tag from Commandant's Letter of Commendation Ribbon. The Commandant's Letter of Commendation Ribbon is used by many many militaries all over the world, that was the reason I added the globalize. The Indeed some of these militaries have used the concept of a commendation letter, one to two centuries before the states used it. The Globalize tag is present for that reason. There seems to be dozens of these Amerian military type articles that have layed claim to the term, concept, invention, award, commendation, kit etc, but is used in many militaries across the work. Another example is this: Secure voice. Indeed, parts of the US military use a similar type of commendation, that is not mentioned. scope_creep (talk) 21:38, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
