Reverting Changes
[edit]Actually, It's pretty easy. I've already fixed it for you, but, if I had not, this is what to do:
- Go to Porphyric hemophilia.
- You should be redirected to Porphyria. A little grey link will appear at the top left of the page saying "(Redirected from..."
- Click that link.
- WP:REVERT to an earlier version of the page in question.
Hope that helps. Regards, alphaChimp(talk) 11:43, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- If you want a redirect to try it on, you could use the capitalized version (Porphyric Hemophilia). alphaChimp(talk) 11:45, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Porphyric Hemophilia
[edit]First off, I do believe that Porphyric Hemophilia from Elder Scrolls deserves its own article. My screenname, as I'm sure you've noted, it Porphyric Hemophiliac! However, Disambugiation is the key--people shouldn't get confused about the real disease and the fake one.
Here is what I have done:
- I have moved the Porphyric Hemophilia article to Porphyric Hemophilia (Elder Scrolls), like you suggested.
- I made Porphyric Hemophilia redirect to Porphyria.
- On Porphyria's page, I added a disambig link to the the elder scrolls definition.
I hope this helps. Welcome to wikipedia, and have fun! ~ Porphyric Hemophiliac § 18:29, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Imperial Library thing
[edit]Thanks tons, dude. That's exactly what I was looking for, but I couldn't remember what the URL was for the life of me. Also, good work on the Porphyric Hemophilia page so far. Umlautbob 09:43, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
Redirect of Assassin (character class)
[edit]I'm not sure that redirect makes sense since many other games have that class. It may make more sense to include it in the Assassin disambig page. JoshuaZ 15:35, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
Formatting
[edit]To strike through words use <s> before and </s> after the word(s) you wish to strike. Like this for example. --Alf melmac 18:06, 20 September 2006 (UTC)

Re: Daedric Artifacts
[edit]Hello! I love what you've added to the Volendrung section, but I'm worried it may need to get pruned a little. I'm not sure whether the history of the dwemmer clan belongs there or in the Hammerfall section, or in both. From memory the general consensus was to stick with the artifacts and not go into too much detail about their histories. But it looks good. *sits and admires many references, even if most of them are the Imperial Library* Morgrim 07:57, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry about that. I'd actuallly added the whole section to the Hammerfell page, but realized I was getting off topic again, so took a chunk of it at haphazard and put it into the Daedric Artifacts article. You can prune it as much as you think best, as the relevant history information is already in the Hammerfell article. (I've gone off track before, too. Almost all the info in the Argonian article was originally in the Black Marsh article until a Peer Review suggested I remove it, and a healthy part of the Elsweyr page should probably be moved to the Numidium article. (Though I haven't got around to that just yet. -_-; ))
- Good luck with whatever you decide to do, Morgrim! Geuiwogbil 22:13, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
Help?
[edit]{{helpme}} Err, this is the first time I've used this template, so I hope I'm doing the right thing. I've been working on several Dungeons & Dragons prestige class articles, and they don't have any references. Because of the firewall on the computer I'm using I can't link to the offical site like some of the other articles have, but I do have the book. I'd like to reference/cite/whatever I'm supposed to do with it, but I'm not sure how.
Thanks to anyone who can render aid.
- You can enter references into the page by placing <ref> tags around the reference[1], and insert the list by using <references/>:
- ^ This is a sample reference; see the edit window of this page to check how I wrote it
- If you want to cite a book, {{cite book}} (click on that link; it'll tell you how to use it) will produce a reference in the correct format. Also see Wikipedia:Citing sources (the rules) and Help:Footnotes (the instructions). Feel free to put {{helpme}} back up or ask me on User talk:ais523 if you have any more questions. --ais523 13:01, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
