The second RFC that you created is a bit puzzling. That topic hasn't really been covered on the talk page and RFC generally is resorted to only when an impasse exists on topics that have been discussed. I see. Sorry about the confusion. Perhaps I was not very explicit on this point. See:

Proposed deletion of Life imprisonment (Norway)

The article Life imprisonment (Norway) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article is at best misleading. It is referenced to a law that is still not in effect. Also it gets forvaring wrong. I.e. "forvaring" does not mean 21 years imprisonment like the article says. There are also longer imprisonment rules for war crimes etc.
