Cogistics

After seeing your response to my speedy deletion tag, I moved this article to User:Monterege/Cogistics so you can keep working on it. It needs solid references to show that this is a real thing and not just a buzzword for megasapiens, and something distinct enough from AGI that it should not just be added to that article.
