Thanks for your contributions to Caldou. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because In requires inline citations of reliable secondary sources.. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Cielquiparle (talk) 15:56, 7 September 2024 (UTC)
No POV pushing on Wiki
[edit]Hello, please desist from using our articles to push a Senegalese/Wolof POV as you have have done here. The modern-day countries of Senegal and Gambia didn't even exist when this dish was created. The dish came from the Serer people from the Kingdoms of Sine and Saloum. Although both Kingdoms are in present day Senegal, Senegal didn't exist at the time. The appropriate term would be the Senegambia region, and not Senegal or Gambia. Since the Kingdoms of Sine and Saloum no longer exists, Senegambia would be more appropriate. To refer to it as a Senegambian dish when the Serer people have also been making in present day country call Gambia longer would be disingenuous. If you continue to advance a POV you will be reported.140.228.73.76 (talk) 22:24, 10 November 2024 (UTC)
- Stop telling us what our history is, I didn’t write this article to push a Senegalese/Wolof view. On the other you will desist from forcing Snegambia onto us when the country in question is Senegal. If you want write something about Gambia you are free to make an article about and stop telling us our history, this is Wikipedia and not a site where contributors will write articles according to your liking. I would also like to point out to stop forcing us that pseudo scholar you are using as a reference to rewrite our history. We from there know better than your so called scholar.
