Darjeeling's connections with Nepal
[edit]I have just come across your edit to Darjeeling on 18 October where you put forward arguments for Darjeeling's connections with Nepal. For the time being, I have moved the passage to a section under History which I have called Connections with Nepal.
I have also inserted a neutrality tag and a couple of tags asking for references as the passage as it stands does not stand up to Wikipedia's requirements. You will also find an explanation of this on the article's talk page.
The other problem with this passage is that it really needs to be integrated into the existing section on History.
The best way to deal with this might be for you to find some more specific references to Darjeeling's possible connections with Nepal, if possible with dates, etc. Unfortunately, the article on Greater Nepal to which you refer is also subject to questions of neutrality.
If you can substantiate your arguments, then of course this aspect of Darjeeling's history deserves to be documented in the article. I hope you can help to sort this out.-Ipigott (talk) 18:15, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
