Wikipedia and copyright

Hello Monakokino, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Draft:CECE have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. I don't understand how describing the CECE organisation - what it is, it's structure, the policy issues it deals with - is promotional? I have found many very similar organisations' articles on Wikipedia, therefore do not understand the reason for blocking my account. When you reread WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO, which you've previously been pointed to twice, what did you find? How exactly did you find those policies would apply to you and why did you decide to ignore those policies? You'll need to address that in order to have a chance of being unblocked.
