Wills Estates and Succession Act (WESA) is a provincial statute that governs the law of wills and estates in British Columbia, Canada. The bill was introduced on September 24, 2009 and recieved royal consent on October 29, 2009.[1] WESA amalgamated and in some cases replaced five earlier pieces of legislation. These include: Estate Administration Act RSBC 1996, c. 122,Probate Recognition RSBC 1996, c. 376, Wills Act RSBC 1996, c. 489, Wills Variation Act RSBC 1996, c. Law and Equity Act RSBC 1996, c. 253, s. 46, 49, 50 & 51 and Survivorship and Presumption of Death Act RSBC 1996, c. 444. [2] WESA has awarded the courts with curative discretion under S.5; which allows for validatation of testamentary instruments that are deemed previously defective defective.

Request reason:
Will follow this with Wiki head office. Can't have clowns with no impulse control abusing admin privileges. If you can't provide proper reasons for removing content then prepare to lose your admin privileges.
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Ian.thomson (talk) 16:40, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I've removed talk page access. You can't edit war with admins taking administrative action on your unblock request. If you decide not to follow up with "the Wiki head office" after all, please read the guide Ian linked, and then appeal through WP:UTRS. --Floquenbeam (talk) 16:48, 16 August 2018 (UTC)

- What a charming person. Email access removed too. --Floquenbeam (talk) 16:50, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
- Mithraeum, I don't know how you thought this was going to go any other way. Even before you started clamoring on my talk page you were edit warring, cussing at other editors and making false accusations, and duking it out with an administrator on Persian people. Refusing to respond to reasonable requests is already a bad idea in a collaborative project, and the only reason I can think of that might explain your high-handed behavior is that you thought you were somehow more important or more right than other editors. In the end, that is why you are blocked--and you can blame all of us for that, if you like, but we know what the truth is, and you do too. Maybe you'll think these things over and maybe you do have an expertise that can make you a good contributor, and will take a different approach. Good luck, Drmies (talk) 00:22, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
