Hello, and thanks for writing. My e-mail address is dav2z@yahoo.ca, and it works! Yes I am really from St-Casimir. I know the taxes are high for a little village and low price properties. The new drain systems and water cost us high prices. I pay now approx $1300.00 and 10 years ago I used to pay approx $700.00, which was pretty good for a place like this.
I know about the river! I is ugly when it is dry like that, when you saw it. It is not navigable at all. Too much stones and it is a shallow river. Where are you from? Why are you interested in a small place like ours? David
