Request reason:

Hi. This is not a sockpuppet account. This is my first Wikipedia account which I openly only a day or so ago after seeing a different user create pages covering RallyX Nordic who I know IRL. This is User:TheRallycrossGuru and I know they are based in Sweden. I have added in their Talk page giving some suggestions of edits to the 2022 RallyX Championship page they are creating after they asked for advice from a discord group we are both on. It was because of this user that I was inspired to create pages for British Rallycross Championship, namely 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and was waiting a few days for me to be allowed to create these pages (at least I believe I must wait until my account is at least a few days old before I can create a page). 2018-2021 pages are all draft pages currently with 2017 in my sandbox. You can see differences in coding between these and the 2022 RallyX Championship page (I do not know if that is the actual name of the page but it is likely close) such as colours used for different finishing positions and I have less detailed information about drivers. :This user did not ask me to make those pages, I had been thinking about it for a while and seeing someone else create pages in the same category of motorsport made me want to create pages for British Rallycross Championship. I follow most of the major rallycross series in the world as does User:TheRallycrossGuru which explains why we might both have edits on similar pages. Rallycross is a niche form of motorsport but some of the people inside it are quite dedicated, this other user much more than me. As a reference I used the 2021 World Rallycross Championship page and edited that accordingly but kept the style of page the same for my drafts. It is likely that User:TheRallycrossGuru did the same as keeping Motorsport pages with a consistent style is (I feel) quite important so it is much easier to understand and read. However, this means edits from any user will look very similar. :I am happy to provide further information to prove this is not a sock puppet account but I'm not sure what else that would be other than stating it is not that. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks MissClarrpz (talk) 20:09, 1 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hi again. I see that you have not unblocked my account. I don't really know what evidence you want to prove I am a real person and not someone else so I posted a video on YouTube proving that I am at the very least real. It was taken at Lydden Hill Race Circuit which is often used by the British Rallycross Championship, though that weekend was being used for round 1 of Nitro Rallycross (the video was taken on Sunday 19th June). As I am not sure how I need to prove I am a real person I thought making a video while at a rallycross event would be the best way. I hope that having 2 requests to unblock so close together is okay, I am not trying to spam you with unblock requests. Here is the unlisted video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9IDaahUH9w Just to go into more detail than the video, I am Callum House. I live in England and I go to all British Rallycross events and have done so since 2020. I report on a freelance website about the British Rallycross Championship and my articles can be seen below. I wanted to create pages for British RX seasons so that the history of it can be documented, currently there is just the 1 page about the series and it is very basic. If I started to add pages about the main series then other people could add more detail about the support categories. This year there are 10 classes including the main Supercar class. And then this rather niche form of motorsport could become a bit more visible. I hope that you can see that I am real and that I'm not a sockpuppet. It was just that 2 people who both love rallycross starting editing about rallycross. If those 2 people get their accounts blocked then it doesn't leave many more people to actually edit and create rallycross pages. My articles are posted here: https://overtakemotorsport.com/author/callum-house/ Thank you very much, I hope this is better evidence of my non-sockpuppetry. If you need any more information please let me know, I have read through all the Wikipedia guides and I think I have followed them such as being open and honest. If this isn't sufficient evidence I don't know what is. Anyway, I'm sure you are busy enough as it is so I'll stop there. Thanks again. MissClarrpz (talk) 16:18, 24 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Of course you are a real person. But real people can use more than one account. And real people can get other real peopoe to edit in their stead. Posting a video on YouTube does not "prove" you have not abusively used more than one account. It looks to me as if you are either the user in question or someone editing at their behest.Deepfriedokra (talk) 14:21, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

To Wikipedia Admins,

I kindly ask to be unblocked because I am not sockpuppeting. I only want to create pages about seasons of motorsport, if I have to have conditioned unblock so I am allowed to do that that would be totally fine. I have waited 6 months since the last reply. I feel that all evidence pointing towards me being a sockpuppet or meatpuppet or orchestrating anything to that effect is solely based on “feeling” that I’m in the wrong.

I spent multiple hours creating 4 different pages all about British Rallycross seasons. I then posted in a talk of a different rallycross series page created by a different person. And then I was blocked because it was assumed I was using multiple accounts to communicate to myself about rallycross seasons.

I have shown exactly who I am, once again Callum House. I can’t see why I would remove any anonymity I have, wait 6 whole months to put in another unblock request and communicate so publicly between my supposed “multiple accounts” for something so trivial, factual and easily verifiable as motorsport results unless I am telling the truth. All results are published on respectable sites such as https://chronomoto.hu/ and https://www.tsl-timing.com/ so all information put into the pages can be linked to and verified.

If this request will not be accepted again please provide a short explanation why or give actual evidence as I am so confused why I am still blocked. I am happy to explain anything in more detail, I just want to keep this short. Thank you

Your description in your first unblock request of why you decided to create RallyX articles suggests to me that you're not being truthful with us here. signed, Rosguill talk 05:08, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
