What am I talking about?--*Minathecatlover!19*

requests for adminship/Mina19 1919]]

[edit]

Hi Mina, your enthusiasm is delightful and it's nice that you want to be an admin so bad and help out Wikipedia. However I must inform you that your self-nomination was done improperly. Instead of listing it correctly on Wikipedia:Requests for adminship you accidentally listed it at the top of the user Netsnipe's RfA page. It's no big deal but since I removed it (I had to since it was screwing up Netsnipe's RfA page), your self-nomination now no longer shows up on the main listing, so nobody will see it.

Your RfA page still exists, although it too is incorrectly formatted (compare yours to Netsnipe's above) and you can still continue with your nomination by fixing it and listing it correctly; however I really recommend that you don't. The fact that you are so new (only been here a couple of months when most successful adminship nominees have been here much longer than that), your very low number of edits (less than 50 edits when most successful nominees have over 2000), and the fact that a lot of your edits have been tests rather than long contributions to articles makes it very unlikely that your request for adminship would pass. In fact, as somebody who follows the RfA page, I will tell you that I am 100% sure that you wouldn't pass. Especially since you didn't follow the RfA listing process correctly, many people will oppose for that alone no matter what else you have going for you.

I don't want to discourage you... I hope that you will continue to edit here and I look forward to you making lots of good contributions. In the future I'm sure your spirit and dedication will make you a great editor and maybe admin. Please let me know on my talk page if you need any help or have any other questions. — GT 08:35, 28 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Glad you like your cat and all, but...

The mental state:'cat' was tagged for speedy deletion because it's simply not very encyclopedic. -- Scientizzle 06:13, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
