A tag has been placed on 3-X-3 Writing Process Phase 3: revise, proofreading and evaluate requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

The article 3-x-3 writing process phase 3: chapter 7: revise, proofread and evaluate has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- essay, and wp:not
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dennis Brown (talk) 01:11, 28 October 2011 (UTC)

Welcome, and editing guidelines
[edit]Welcome...
Hello, Mimibeo, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like this place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and ask your question there.
I hope this welcome offsets some of the warnings about inappropriate pages above! If your page is deleted, you might like to have a look at this page which may suggest why. One of the most frequent reasons for deletion is that a subject fails to meet these criteria for notability. Alternatively, a notable subject may just not be properly verified with in-line citations. There are some really helpful suggestions about drafting, improving and perfecting articles at the blue links shown. Please do read all these links before you add another article here; none of the ones you have drafted so far are in the correct form and you really do need to conform to the way Wikipedia works a bit more closely. If you need help with getting an article drafted, and want to stop it being deleted, click on the bit after my signature that says (talk) Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 11:00, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
A quiet word
[edit]Hi Mimibeo, and again welcome to Wikipedia!
First of all, thank you for your enthusiasm in starting web pages on the Wikipedia project; in Wikipedia jargon, they are called "articles". I see you are having a bit of a rough time with the first articles you have started. Please, do not let that put you off continuing to contribute to the Wikipedia project.
All of the articles that you have created so far have been either speedily deleted or marked for uncontroversial deletion.
You may be wondering why those articles were or will be deleted. That's a fair question, but these are are the fair answers following Wikipedia's rules:
- Wikipedia is not a place to add your own research or opinions or an instruction manual
- All the content you add to articles must be verifiable
- All the content you add to articles must be of a neutral point of view
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions at all, I am here to help. --Shirt58 (talk) 13:22, 28 October 2011 (UTC)

Important, please read this, Mimibeo
[edit]Hello, Mimibeo,
There are two big problems with this article that you keep trying to create:
- Although you have changed a few words and phrases around, your article is simply a close paraphrase (and in some parts a verbatim copy) of material in Business Communication: Process and Product by Mary Ellen Guffey, et al. . This is a copyright infringement, and is never allowed on Wikipedia.
- It on a type of subject, i.e., a "How to" page, which is not appropriate for Wkipedia. Articles on the exact same topic were deleted over a year ago. Please see the following Articles for Deletion discussions: Writing Process Phase 1: Analyze, Anticipate, Adapt; Writing process phase 2; and Writing Process Phase 3: Revise, Proofread, Evaluate.
Repeatedly trying to create the same inappropriate article, particularly if it is also a copyright violation, is very disruptive. If you don't stop and take this message on board, you are at a serious risk of being blocked. If you are attempting to write this article as part of a college or university assignment, please ask your instructor to read this message as well, and to comment here. Best wishes, Voceditenore (talk) 13:11, 29 October 2011 (UTC)
