Adding new article for Alan M. Garber, MD, PhD, Provost of Harvard University

I would like to get some clarification of the steps needed to create a new article for Alan M. Garber, MD, PhD, Provost of Harvard University. I am the digital content strategist for Harvard University and will possibly have his office requesting this of me soon.
Here is a sample of his biography, which should fall in line with the neutral language required by Wikipedia: http://www.provost.harvard.edu/people/bio_agarber.php
What are the best next steps to go through in creating this? I want to make sure I go through the proper Wikipedia steps before just creating the article. Thanks for the help! Mikepetroff (talk) 19:47, 19 October 2012 (UTC)
- I would recommend going to Articles for creation which will ensure you get a thorough review prior to the article being published which reduces the chance that the article will be deleted. That said, even if you're affiliated with Harvard, as you seem to be, we can't except content copy-pasted from the Harvard site and need third party reliable sources to help substantiate content such as news articles, magazine features, etc. Should you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page.
