[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Liberal People's Party (Norway) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. Constituent College
[edit]Hi, can I query whether your edits to Kellogg College and St Cross College are correct? Kellogg and St Cross are formally societies of Oxford University as explained in the Administration section of the St Cross article and in similar sections I have now added to the Kellogg and Colleges of the University of Oxford articles. I think constituent college is appropriate as it is a Wikipedia term explained in the Collegiate university article, not an Oxford University term (it only appears in 2 job advertisements on the Oxford University website). 81.86.211.166 (talk) 11:15, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
- I confess that I am not sure what is the exact terminology. I changed "constituent" to "graduate" largely inspired by the comment of IACOBVS in the St Cross College, Oxford talk page and because the University, in its statutes, does not list these two institutions as colleges but as societies. --MiguelMadeira (talk) 12:08, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
- Perhaps we should discuss the issue at the tal pages.--MiguelMadeira (talk) 12:50, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks for your response, see my reply on the talk page.81.86.211.166 (talk) 10:42, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
- Hi, I am in discussion with @IACOBVS: on the talk page, let me know if you want to be pinged into all the posts or just when we reach an agreement (or disagreement).81.86.211.166 (talk) 09:19, 29 August 2018 (UTC)
- Could be only when you reach an agreement (I probably will give an occasional look at the discussion).--MiguelMadeira (talk) 09:42, 29 August 2018 (UTC)
- Hi, I have added a sentence on society status to both articles and @IACOBVS: and I are now in agreement, are you happy to change St Cross and Kellogg back to constituent colleges?81.86.211.166 (talk) 09:35, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
- Yes (and sorry for the time that I took to answer).--MiguelMadeira (talk) 02:03, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
