You have been blocked from editing from certain pages (Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association) for a period of 31 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ... discospinster talk 18:48, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have been blocked from editing a page that I was fixing after it had been vandalized by partisan actors. I gave clear, concise, and easily verifiable explanations as to why the vandalism should be undone, the vandal did not even attempt to address the issues and instead proceeded to reintroduce the vandalism to the page then, proceeded to block me so that their vandalism could continue unchecked. Please remove my block and penalize the individual responsible for it so that they will be dissuaded from engaging in dishonest partisan actions in the future

Decline reason:

Unblock requests consisting of attacks on other editors will not be considered. Acroterion (talk) 19:33, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Furthermore, any more abusive unblock requests risk full site blocks. Please examine your own POVs before accusing others of POV problems. Acroterion (talk) 19:41, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

So you acknowledge that the perception of most people that Wikipedia is ideologically biased is correct. Thank you for clearing that up, I appreciate your honesty. Micfail (talk) 19:43, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"I have been blocked from editing a page that I was fixing after it had been vandalized by partisan actors" is incorrect. Please read WP:NOTVANDALISM, WP:NOTTHEM and WP:EW and try again. Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 19:13, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Are you seriously suggesting that including partisan smears of a moderate organization in an article using sources that have ideological and financial interests in misrepresenting the subject of the article is not vandalism? if so, then the consensus of the general public that Wikipedia has become a partisan website is clearly correct. If that is the case please inform me so that I can delete my account promptly and so that Wikipedia is being transparent with its biases. Micfail (talk) 19:16, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Important Notice

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Request reason:

this is hilarious. I was penalized for explaining that I was fixing partisan misinformation in an article, which is easily verifiable. I then get a warning not to make personal attacks against other editors, despite the fact that it was not a personal attack, it was a factual observation. I point out it was a factual observation and informed the administrator that they are also acting in a partisan way, and I get penalized again for that despite the fact that what I said was objectively true. If I am going to be penalized for this then the two administrators that have been harassing me should also be penalized since they made personal attacks against me by falsely accusing me of making personal attacks.

It is clear that you're not here to contribute to building an encyclopaedia. I'm revoking talk page access now. —SpacemanSpiff 20:11, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
