Choosing an article

[edit]

What's going with your article selections? I saw that you had assigned yourself Social identity theory which is one of the very best articles in Wikipedia. You have currently assigned yourself Ralph Lauren Corporation which is also an extremely well developed articles with many dozens of references. We've suggested several times that you should pick an article that is both (a) poorly developed (i.e., short with few references) and (b) for which there exists many reliable sources.

On your choose an article assignment at User:Miasimiao/Choose an Article you suggested three different articles:

  1. Zambia at the 2019 World Athletics Championships
  2. Brunello Cucinelli (brand)
  3. Li Xiaoran

My sense is that Brunello Cucinelli (brand) is probably more developed than you'd want. Zambia at the 2019 World Athletics Championships is promising and has room for improvement but the references you've found mostly just have the facts on the page. Li Xiaoran has lots of rooms for improvement but has only Chinese language sources. It would be great if you could build on those but also add some English language ones from reliable sources. I guess I would lean toward the final option. You should reach out to Ellie or myself if you have more questions. —mako 23:12, 11 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
