Although a lot of leeway is allowed in personalizing your user page, it is not a personal website, blog, or social networking medium, nor should it be used to promote yourself, or host a fake article or lengthy biography.

While it is discouraged, you may create an encyclopedia article about yourself as I see you are already doing at User:MiG Arogan/sandbox. If you think you are notable, prepare it in your sandbox after reading WP:42 and Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide.
