Request reason:

i apologize for my actions on the acupuncture page and i would like to be unblocked so remove my input in the talk page. i promise to not to disrupt any page i only want to remove the content in the talk page that i added and that is it. i would really appreciate not having to wait two weeks before i can officially disappear. again, i would like to be unblocked only to remove what i had added in the talk page and i promise not to disrupt anything, if i add even a comma somewhere i would be happily blocked again! also, sorry i didn't clearly request to be unblocked last timeMetabradley (talk) 21:46, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You can strikeout your comments on the talk page after your block has expired. An unblock at this point would not be productive for Wikipedia. Eagles 24/7 (C) 21:56, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

i was blocked for making a reasonable change which was well justified on the talk page of which the last comment i wrote on the talk page had not been refuted or even responded to. now, that being said i am certain to not re-edit that page in a way that is disruptive or is felt to be rude or invasive by anyone.

as a side note, i would like to say that several other folks had undone my changes and i redid them and requested that they discuss it in the talk page and the first response i received about my proposed edits was that they had just undone the edits before even reading the talk section that discussed why i made the edits.

if you decide not to globally reinstate my ability to edit i would appreciate it if all my comments from the acupuncture talk page were removed either my giving me a window of opportunity to edit or by just removing them for me. i feel very done with that discussion and would really like it if my part in it were gone. the tone of acupuncture page is unduly negative and the editors of the page are uncooperative. thanks for your time, sorry i was so wordy! mb.

Decline reason:

Sorry, no. You were blocked for edit warring, and despite the suggestions and warnings you received, you don't seem to have any intention of following Wikipedia's policies in that regard. Come back in two weeks and edit collaboratively -- that means, among other things, not edit warring and not telling other volunteers to "fuck off". --jpgordon::==( o ) 20:53, 15 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of Two Weeks for Disruptive Editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. I'm not attacking you. Per wikipedia policy, once you submit content to the site, it is not yours to revoke. There is no wikipedia policy called "wikisuicide". You are welcome to blank your own talk page (with the exception of currently active block notices), and you are welcome to redact comments made (either by striking them out using html, responding to them, or using the {{nono}} template). However, removing comments already made is not permitted, since they are now an integral part of an active discussion in which other editors have contributed.
Warnings on an ip talk page can also not be removed, per wikipedia policy, since that ip address may (now, or in the future) be owned by another person.
If you wish to leave wikipedia, you can. I think that's unfortunate, but it is ultimately your decision. However, you can't violate policy by removing necessary content in the process. What you're doing right now will result in a block of your ip address, which will prevent you from editing anything at all. I'd recommend not going down that route.
I'd welcome you to come back in 2 weeks, once your block has expired, and try to work collaboratively on the Acupuncture article by contributing to our ongoing discussions on the talk page. For now, there's not much else you can do, aside from requesting an unblock.
