what does it supposed to mean "promotional material"?
- I mean, if you're posting on the talk page, you must tie your message to a concrete improvement of the article. You can't just repeat South Korean foreign ministry talking points about "comfort women", especially when your message could be taken to imply that the Japanese are "inhuman".
