Explanation

Hi, bit of drama there. Just to explain, pages that look unfinished can be marked as for deletion - the deletion tag has been cancelled as it was inappropriate. Still, I recommend finishing the article by checking and citing reliable sources before publishing - according to this source, which looks pretty reliable, it's not the first cookbook written by an African-American by a good fifteen years.
