The pro-Russian editors of Wikipedia entered into a conspiracy, they had no right to block me, because there was no malicious intent in my actions. I was guided by the book recommended by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, which is a scientific guide for students of higher educational institutions. The conspiracy of pro-Russian administrators blocked me, and not some other reason. Wikipedia allows you to have two accounts as long as they are not vandalistic.
It was a conspiracy by Wikipedia editors. You are breaking the rules of wikipedia, because there was no evil in my actions!
[edit]Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
An attack by editors in a conspiracy. They blocked my account, violating wikipedia's rules, since I did nothing illegal. I was blocked because it was impossible to write about the Ukrainian language from Ukrainian sources. Please do your research. Mellow775 (talk) 18:42, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
My use of the checkuser tool indicates you share an IP address with Liliylo (talk · contribs). In this context, the block is legitimate. PhilKnight (talk) 19:02, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Your reason here
Decline reason:
"1. I cannot have exactly the same address as another user." You have exactly the same address as another account but indeed it appears to be the same user: you. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 21:13, 18 August 2023 (UTC)

1. I cannot have exactly the same address as another user. I wrote about my friend who first started these editorials, but it's not me. 2. Do you consider her actions malicious editing? Editing about the Ukrainian language from Ukrainian books - malicious intent? Don't deceive me! I know the rules! You had no right to block me! Why was I blocked? My Internet friend was not blocked and was not warned that these corrections cannot be made from the Ukrainian book. You have no right to act like that. It was a conspiracy by Wikipedia editors to remove a person who kills Russian myths. You are breaking the rules of wikipedia, because there was no evil in my actions! Pro-Russian administrators blocked me on purpose
[edit]A network of pro-Russian wikipedia editors (in a conspiracy most likely connected to the FSB) blocked me on purpose because I had no malicious intent. You made up a bogus reason. Even if I use the same Wi-Fi network with a dozen editors, you have no right to block us for the truth. This is a violation of the Wikipedia code and its rules. You can block only for malicious actions. Review the situation. The English Wikipedia speaks about the origin of the Ukrainian language: Early forms
Proto-Indo-European Proto-Balto-Slavic Proto-Slavic Old East Slavic Ruthenian (Old Ukrainian). Ukrainian Wikipedia talks about the origin of the Ukrainian language: Proto-Indo-European language Proto-Balto-Slavic language Proto-Slavic language Old Russian language Russian (Old Ukrainian) language Ukrainian language. Where is Old East Slavic here?
Those editors are engaged in vandalism. This is the situation if the Ukrainian Wikipedia wrote in its wikipedia information about the origin of the English language, which does not coincide with the English language Wikipedia and blocked for the slightest edits from English sources.
