Hi Melissa, I think it's a very interesting topic and I like the sections you are adding, particularly the controversy section as I felt the original article was missing this. However I notice the controversy section is quite small, and I think the reader's general understanding of the topic would improve with specific examples of controversies or court cases regarding the matter. Hey Melissa, thanks for the feedback. I agree that some of my sentences need restructuring. Some are quite long and I will shorten these. I will also alter the subtitles of the history section to more accurately reflect the time period they describe. Also, I have changed the Twentiety Century bit so that not every sentence starts with 'The.' Thanks again for the feedback. Howley.l (talk) 16:24, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Great topic! Strong introduction and effective definition of captive insurance. Nonetheless, consider expanding on the "types of cells" section and explaining how it ties back to captive insurance. Also I feel there is a lot of potential in the legal implications and regulatory concerns of this topic. Lastly, it would also be helpful to provide real-life examples. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Elbamaria0005 (talkcontribs) 16:47, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your feedback! I have taken your suggestions into account, and will add examples to the controversy section and will expand on the philosophical framework of the concept.
