Three children while still pregnant with her first child?

Thanks for your new contribution, Ruth Sharp Altshuler. I was doing some copyediting and came across "Altshuler had three children while still pregnant with her first child" – can't make heads or tails of that phrase nor figure out where it came from in the sources. Help

The Vagina article is being reviewed for GA status. The talk page contains numerous discussions about content and referencing. Most of the discussions are between two editors (me and another) and consensus can be difficult to establish. Any input you feel would be helpful is greatly appreciated. Hi Hmlarson! I became aware of it because it was something I was doing without realizing it was a "thing" until someone mentioned it on an AfD. Here's a few where the AfD mentioned WP:HEY: Hazel Carter, Barbara Sanchez-Kane, and Nonna Bannister.
