Hello, I see that you made a number of changes to Poplar Forest. Unfortunately, a lot of the changes differ from what came from the cited source in the article. It looked like it was going to be much cleaner and easier to revert everything - and then come back and make terminology changes, like slaves --> enslaved people.
I would be happy to help research sources for your changes, if you would like.
Also, it's unusual to removed cited content without a discussion on the talk page, in this case Talk:Poplar Forest. See Wikipedia:Content removal.
There are so many guidelines to help build better articles. I would be happy to help if you would like. If you would like, you can contact me on my talk page or respond here.
It's great to have users who are intent on updating and improving articles. I hope that you continue to edit here.–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:18, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
- After reviewing the changes more closely, there are just three bits of info that need sources. Sorry to have jumped the gun on that. See Talk:Poplar Forest#Recent edit.–CaroleHenson (talk) 21:50, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
