Hi Mchport, thanks for your question on my Talk page! Unfortunately, my answer would be that we can't simply take your word that Elena Beyzarov is an important pharmacist/writer. We would need to see some sort of independent proof, such as articles about her in reliable sources. If no-one has remarked about her in journals, magazines or books, maybe she simply is not suitable for an encyclopedia entry at the moment.
