Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Amin Torkashvand, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. — Newslinger talk 06:24, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Amin Torkashvand. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. — Newslinger talk 06:24, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Max.Turner.AI. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. — Newslinger talk 06:25, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sajjad Torkashvand moved to draft space

[edit]

An article you recently created, Sajjad Torkashvand, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draft space (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can improve the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and is ready to be published, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. — Newslinger talk 06:28, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion, as you did at Max Turner (entrepreneur). From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  — Newslinger talk 06:29, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

The page Draft:Sajjad Torkashvand has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, or you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. — Newslinger talk 06:33, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

it was just a mistake, not on purpose of advertising. I confused a person with the same name. it'll never happen again — Preceding unsigned comment added by Max.Turner.AI (talkcontribs) 06:42, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You've taken credit for other people's work in the Web2py article, and redirected a number of articles about other people named Max Turner to a vanity page you made about yourself. These actions were clearly not mistakes. — Newslinger talk 06:57, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
