Edits to the War of Jenkins' Ear

I see your concern to the English troops in the War of Jenkin's Ear. I am, though, still inclined that all English, Scottish, or Irish troops serving on English Parliament and Monarchy would be considered Anglo troops, instead of British. If you still disagree, I would be more than happy to set up a Request for Comment, in which we could get other users to discuss the topic, informally, so we could better solve this dispute.
