...is the article I presume you're referring to in your query at DRN. The purpose of the maintenance tags-- the boxes that are present at the top of the article-- are to alert potential editors and readers to problems that may be present in the article that have yet to be fixed. I see two issues were tagged initially-- the article being an "orphan" that has no links to it in other articles, and that the article subject may not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines. The "orphaning" part of the {{multiple issues}} tag has been removed, so ostensibly that has been fixed, but there's still the notability issue. From what I'm seeing, a discussion at Articles for Deletion has been opened here to discuss whether or not the article meets the inclusion guidelines for Wikipedia.
Consider the points other editors make carefully in the deletion discussion, and if you believe you have reliable sources that prove that she's notable enough to merit an article, you can make mention of them. Also, I want to caution you about editing while logged out. I see two IPs, or non-registered/logged-in editors in that article's history, 82.41.75.224 (talk · contribs) (which is the one you used to post to DRN) and 81.168.88.201 (talk · contribs). I personally understand that you probably forgot to log back in, but if you indeed have an account, you need to make sure your edits are always under that account, or else it won't be clear who's writing what, and someone may accuse you of trying to pretend to be multiple accounts/people, which is against the rules for obvious reasons.
I hope this clears things up a little bit. :) If you have any more questions, you can ask them here and notify me by copy-and-pasting {{reply to|User:BlusterBlaster}} in your message-- or you can go to my talkpage. BLUSTER⌉⌊BLASTER 11:41, 16 September 2015 (UTC)
