Unfortunately, the new references put in still do not demonstrate the subject's notability. Please take a careful look at the links in the decline rationales: sources must provide significant coverage to the subject -- not just a one sentence namedrop, as the second new ref (and the third, being identical) does. Sources must be independent, which the first and fourth new refs, written by your organization's executive director, are not. Sources describing what the organization is there to deal with -- as all the remaining ones do -- are very well and good, but do not support the subject's notability.
