Speedy deletion of Doom of Sarnath
[edit]A tag has been placed on Doom of Sarnath requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. - Hi. The reasons I added the tag are best summed up by your comment on my page: it is a local band that is possibly touring, and therefore is unlikely to meet notability guidelines. Unfortunately, your opinion that they are "Sanford's best metal band" is insufficient. If you can find references in reputable published works about this band that establish it as notable, please add them to the article. I have added the "hang-on" tag to the article to halt deletion; however, this will only work for a few hours unless you go to the article's talk page and explain why the article should stay and what you will do to improve it, and then follow through with those changes. (As a side note, please be sure to sign all edits to talk pages by typing ~~~~.) Thanks! -Sketchmoose (talk) 19:22, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
