Hello! I will admit that referencing threw me for a loop. Took me a while to find the problem. On the line: The theorem in this form, openly credited to Orlicz, appeared in Banach's monograph <ref>Théorie des opérations linéaires, Monografje matematyczne, Warszawa 1932; Oeuvres. Vol. II}, PWN , Warszawa 1979.<\ref> in the last chapter ''Remarques'' in which no proofs were provided.
