[edit]Hello, Mateosierra2K8, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia. Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. ABG (Talk/Report any mistakes here) 02:00, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
- I got to tell you. I read sockpuppetry article like you told me. Guess what? I feel like I get the point, exactly. Just in advance. Mateosierra2K8 (talk) 16:52, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
- I was supposed to read the guidelines, but that's so cool. 💀 Mateosierra2K8 (talk) 13:29, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm not to delete whatever this decline block is because if I did Yamla will deny it even more, and I can't mention him either. I'm still not getting involved in drama, edit warring, or revoke TPA.
- And if I muck about it, Yamla will have to revoke my talk access page as well. So I don't want that to happen either.Mateosierra2K8 (talk) 13:32, 29 October 2024 (UTC)

Blocked as a sockpuppet
[edit]Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
I was never going to cause abuse. I was blocked because I did vandalism back in 2023 and now I'm blocked permanently because I've been using disclosure paid editing and talking inappropriately by mentioning (or pinging as they call it) admins just for a Wikipedia article submit and now I've known from my past mistakes. I also am new to Wikipedia. And I just don't understand. I'm not being rude. I just want to make certain edits in the future.Mateosierra2K8 (talk) 13:18, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You continue to evade (WP:EVADE) your block by setting up abusive sockpuppet accounts (WP:SOCK) such as this one. Blocks apply to the person, not just the account. Until the block on your original account is lifted, you personally are not permitted to edit Wikipedia. Yamla (talk) 13:28, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Okay, I now understand Yamla's point and I'm not going to remove this. Thanks for advance. 💀😒 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mateosierra2K8 (talk • contribs) 13:34, October 29, 2024 (UTC)
The Problem with Unblock Ticket Request Systems
[edit]If I also sign an appeal by using WP:UTRS, will I also have it denied? Mateosierra2K8 (talk) 16:54, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- Let's just say in general you would not agree and just will deny the entire WP:UTRS, all of it just gets denied by you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mateosierra2K8 (talk • contribs) 16:56, October 29, 2024 (UTC)
How long will I be blocked for?
[edit]I'm getting into the point where now there's no way any admin is going to unblock me. I want to say clearly. How long am I blocked for? Is anyone going to appeal my block? Or is it never gonna happen? Mateosierra2K8 (talk) 16:59, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- Block evasion is considered a very serious conduct violation in the Wikipedia community. You have two confirmed sockpuppet accounts already and there are at least two more that are suspected. You have not given any demonstration, in several unblock requests among several accounts, that you understand why you are blocked. You've already been rude and insulting enough to have talk page access removed from two accounts and have continually demanded to be unblocked. As it currently stands, it is extremely unlikely for you to ever be unblocked without a significant change in approach. Your block is indefinite, meaning it's until an administrator has faith in your ability to contribute constructively and adhere to Wikipedia rules; theoretically, that could be 10 minutes or 100 years.
- If you're truly serious about editing agains, it is possible to eventually return. First, stop creating new sockpuppet accounts and evading your existing blocks. And then follow WP:OFFER, staying completely off English Wikipedia for a minimum of six months (and ideally longer). And even better, spend those six months demonstrating that you can constructively edit at another WMF project, such as Wikimedia Commons or Simple English Wikipedia. Then make a UTRS request, using your original account, and either make your appeal there directly or ask for talk page access to be restored for the purpose of making an appeal. In a future appeal, whether it's six months of a year or five years from now, describe *specifically* the rules you violated, how you plan to avoid those behaviors in the future, and disclose all your sockpuppet accounts (which you should already do if there are more that have not been found yet). I am confident that this is the only way you'll regain the trust of the community, and that there are no shortcuts or easier ways to do so. CoffeeCrumbs (talk) 18:57, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
What would happen if I was an administrator?
[edit]In 5 months, or 6 months, if I get unblocked after all the crap that is going to be deleted, can I request you some admin ship? Because one day, I want to be an admin on Wikipedia and edit, block, protect, and revoke just like Yamla does, and I'll make sure that no one touches any content that doesn't belong. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the posting of this notice.
