Please use reliably published sources
[edit]Hello, I'm TheRedPenOfDoom. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 21:21, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 03:56, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
- Sources in Wikipedia must be from reliably published sources with a reputation for fact checking, accuracy and editorial oversight. not just some web page or celebrity gossip site. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 16:30, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
your request for adminship
[edit]Regarding Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Mastermanu2012 you probably want to read WP:NOTYET and withdraw your nomination until you at least have a grasp of some of the basic Wikipedia principals such as WP:V / WP:N / WP:NPOV / WP:OR / WP:COI. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 17:01, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
- and a very strong understanding of WP:COPYRIGHT and related policies. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 17:07, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
Hello and thanks for the work you put into this. If it becomes notable, then you can easily revert my edit and add sources to the article. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 16:08, 11 April 2013 (UTC)
