Sir, whenever I am going to edit, it is showing that I have been blocked. My IP address is banned, as if it shows. MassyMan (talk)

Excellent. --Yamla (talk) 12:12, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Mr. Yamla, has this account done any harmful edit? Should you not block me after I make an abusive edit? MassyMan (talk) 16:58, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You were violating WP:SOCK and WP:EVADE. Every time you set up an account to evade the block on your original account, we'll block it. You've been so abusive, you are now considered banned by the community, not just blocked. --Yamla (talk) 17:13, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanking you for your humble submission, sir. I agree that I have done a few creations of new accounts, but tried to provide real info. Whenever I edit something, Ravensfire and Kataariveera always revert those, clailming me as sock. Should they not research about those infos I added? They neither visit the changes by me nor know about those infos, always are busy to block me as an obvious sock. For your kind information, I had edited a biographical article on the life of Pijush Basu, which was again and again being reverted by Ravensfire. He even claimed the date of birth of Pijush Basu false and blocked me as I provided some citations from BMS and Bengali Films Archives, on the topic. If you visit the revision history of this article Shastri (2024 film), you will get to know that I had created this article under the username Alor Pathayatri. Your so called "experienced" wikipedian Ravensfire could not trim any word from it, as an honest editor like BhikhariInformer was there and trusted me to edit the page. He believed me and that citations I provided. When my account got blocked, he showed his concern, you can visit my talk page. Well, I created this account to edit the draft of the film Khadaan, began the editing a week ago. But got blocked by Ponyo. That draft also got deleted. When I joined with this account, BhikhariInformer sir had already edited the article. It was too late for me. Thank you sir for showing your valuable concern. Please read WP:BANREVERT. YOU, the person behind the account have been blocked from editing. You've chosen to ignore that and ignore Wikipedia policy around block evasion. You have at at least confirmed as sock puppets. The history at Tiger (2007 film) shows your inability to accept when a consensus is against your preference and your willingness to do anything to get your own way. You left any credibility behind when you started to create account after account after account to get around blocks and you've continued to show problems with your editing. Your edits get reverted on site because of all of this - it's not worth the time of good-faith editors to review and consider edits from a problematic editor such as yourself. Think on that and the consequences of your own actions. Ravensfire (talk) 19:17, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can you explain:
1. Why you were removing "Shotru" as not remake of Singam?
2. Why claiming "Anatharu" as a remake of Bengali movie when its an official remake of Bengali movie?
3. Why remove Jamaibabu Zindabad as remake of Anuraga Aralithu (Which was a properly sourced information). Even Sasurbadi Zindabad was remake of Jamai Raja (Which was based on Telugu movie)
4. You continuously removed Bengali remake movies like Paglu,Surya, Challenge 2
5. In few cases, you unnecessarily claimed movies like Laalihadu to be a remake of Saathi when that itself was a remake of Tamil movie TMT and that Tamil was remade in Kannada as O Nanna Nalle Kataariveera (talk) 02:58, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You be aware of some infos—
1. Sasurbari Zindabad was not a remake of Jamai Raja. It was an original film as some plots of the film was based on Shaw's Pygmalion and also on a Bengali play named Lokosomman. It was a game changer for the industry and still is famous for the plots in the film, which itself was borrowed from those dramas. Pygmalion was also an inspiration for the 1981 Bengali film Ogo Bodhu Shundori.
2. I didn't wrote Anatharu a remake of any Bengali film. The account The 108th Vigilante was not used by me, the password was used by another man who used to log in. Another account was Urmpjd. I know that Anatharu was a remake of Pithamagan as the treatment of both the films were same.
3. Sathi was not a remake of TMT, the stories are completely different. There is a history behind the screenplay of the film. It was written by Monotosh Chakraborty, who was known for adding socio-political and real life events in his writings. For an example, Guru was inspired from the life of a dreaded gangster named Gopal Pantha in Kolkata. It was not a remake film. Please correct the article.
4. Chirodini Tumi Je Amar was not a remake of Kadhal, it was based on Rizwanur-Priyanka controversy. You can see a citation in the revision history of that article, which I added. Wanted was also based on O. Henry's story Alias Jimmy Valentine. It is cited in several articles.
5. You should know the story behind Shotru. Raj Chakraborty was directing a tv series named Proloy Asche, based on the Rajib Das murder case in Barasat. Addressing on this incident, he wrote a story and script along with Padmanabha Dasgupta, which was to star Prosenjit Chatterjee at first. After his opting out due to date issues, Jeet signed the film and he suggested Dasgupta to include the state sponsored human trafficking cases in West Bengal those days. It was published in Anandalok magazine in 2013, after the 2 years of Shotru's release. For a few years, it is written in Wikipedia that Singam was remade as Shotru. It is a false news. Other external refferences also depended on this info, and it has been a record till date. MassyMan (talk) 06:35, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
