Your last edit was probably a mistake right? Thanks Secret account 06:42, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What are you referring to. Secret I only posted on a Talk page.Maryannob (talk) 06:53, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oh you are talking about my deletion request. That was not a mistake. This iformation cannot be verified at all due to conflicting sources, also per wiki policies it belongs in a dictionary and not an encylopedia. I spent hours checking before I submitted it. I didn't think it went through due to being semi protected. I am not sure it actually did..do you know? ThanksMaryannob (talk) 07:07, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Try WP:AFD instead and follow the guidelines from there. Thanks Secret account 07:32, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Maryannob, I've also reverted your addition of the deletion template. Please be aware that when pages begin with the "Wikipedia:" prefix, they are not part of the actual "article" space which we present to our readers. As such, pages in project (non-article) spaces are judged by a different set of standards, especially verifiability and sourcing. That page documents an internal policy on this project, there is no need to have e.g. a newspaper article about it. Franamax (talk) 07:49, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
And taking another look, if you were intending to nominate the Charles article for deletion, you placed the notice in the wrong place, as Secret suggests, read up at WP:AFD on how to propose deletions. Please don't put that deletion notice on a policy page again. Franamax (talk) 08:02, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Did either one of you read why I was deleting it before removing it and SEcret called me a vandal. It is advisable to look over everything before jumping to conclusions. I don't know where to add the WP:sfd which is how it ended up in the wrong place. I can find very little on how to format it. Any suggestions for where to find it? You two make us not want to even contribute based on your jumping to conclusions and then not apologizing for it. You could have read it thoroughly and then offered to help me format it correctly. I sure hope everyone is not like that.Maryannob (talk) 08:39, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
