Tense guidelines

Just a little note to save you and others some future time and hassle. According to the style guidelines for biographies, historical events should be written in the past tense, not the "historical present." I edited the Dorothea Rockburne article according to those guidelines. --emw 03:39, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
