Response
Hoi Martijn,
Ik heb op mijn overlegpagina op de Nederlandstalige Wikipedia een reactie geplaatst op jouw vraag over Wikimania. Het antwoord is een beetje lang geworden, sorry daarvoor!

Quick Hit
Hi Martin, sorry for the trouble. In the last post I deleted the references on my site so nothing is copyrighted.
Is there anything I can do to get the page restored? Again, my apologies for the hassle.

- The quick hit article you created suffers, unfortunately from a number of problems, that all make it eligable for speedy deletion. The copyright is the first of your problems: your website states:
. That means it is not admissable under our rather strict copyright policy. Then there are issues with its notability. It doesn't demonstrate trough independent reliable sources which provide non-trivial coverage that the subject is notable.(yeah, thats a whole lot of words with specific Wikipedia meanings there, see WP:V, WP:N, WP:RS). Thirdly, it seems mainly promotional in nature. Fourth, you seem to have a conflict of interest in the subject. The best thing to do probably is to wait until someone else writes about it, and don't get involved in articles you are personally or professionally involved in.All information, materials, functions and other content (including Submissions, as defined in Section 3, entitled “SUBMISSIONS”) (“Content”) contained on Quick Hit Sites are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to us and/or our licensors or licensees. We may change the Quick Hit Sites or delete Content or features at any time, in any way, for any or no reason.
- That said, I'm happy to see you are getting into Wikipedia, and what it is all about. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 21:50, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
