Adoption

[edit]

So, you want to be adopted, do you? Let me know which areas interest you here on WP and I might be able to help! A message on my Talk page is the best way to contact me. I am on UK time (GMT+0), if that is an issue. (aeropagitica) 00:22, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for offering to adopt me. I just started using Wikipedia a few months ago, so I don't know much about editing pages. I will appreciate any comments, suggestions, even criticism that you have for me. As for time zone I am on Central Time(U.S.A.).--Martha Lois 20:43, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OK, if you are on Central US time then I will go to bed at around 1600 your time, so there may be a lag in our correspondence from time to time! I see the adoption service as more of a mentor/guidance facility, where I can try to answer all of your questions either from experience or doing research on your behalf and giving my opinion. It's your service, so please feel free to ask me any questions that occur to you in the course of editing. I'll try and do my best for you! Rawlings Gold Glove Award

[edit]

Hi there. I just wanted to drop a line about your recent edit to Rawlings Gold Glove Award. If you've got information to add to the article (especially very relevant information like you added), but you don't have a source, it's best not to add the information and then tag it with a "cite needed" template as you're adding. It's better either to wait and ask about it on the article's talk page, or to search for the references yourself. I've added the references to the information now; thanks for adding that new information! KV5 (TalkPhils) 11:46, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
