Hi Mark. Welcome to Wikipedia. There would be information on their own website, I'm sure :)
I've undeleted the article per your request. Please be aware that it could still be proposed for deletion through the full Wikipedia:Articles for Deletion process. Also, if you're involved in CARIS yourself, you should be aware of our conflict of interest guidance.
That all said, welcome again. I've pasted below some introductory info. Cheers, Whouk (talk) 13:03, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
- Hi. Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide is a good, simple guideline to what you should and shouldn't do as an employee of the article's subject. Making sure additions are sourced (not just from the official website) and that the article is neutral (and not salesy) is important. Be up front on your own user page and/or the Talk page of the article (Talk:CARIS) about your connection and stick to those guidelines and you should be OK to edit it. If you'd prefer not to, you can suggest changes on the Talk page and see if another editor will incorporate them into the article (although the page may not have a lot of passing editors at present). Hope that helps! Whouk (talk) 13:30, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
- It does help, many thanks! Mark7kram (talk) 13:31, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
