Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Marisajm, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Article Vetting

[edit]

Here are my comments on the 5 articles you chose for this project, Marisa:

Chicken Nugget: - It seems like there are opportunities to expand content, but it may be more challenging as it's approaching B-Class.

Performance: - This needs an expansion of content and possibly some research, so it could work. If you can determine the purpose, that may help guide editing.

Trash: - This seems like a hub for a bunch of different articles, so I'm not sure if it would be a good fit.

Jazz Age: - This article would be a good fit, but it's also a contender for Hannah R. I would discuss with her which one of you want to use it.

Evergreen: - This could work really well, since the content is fairly sparse and you have some options re: purpose and structure.

Overall: I think Evergreen, Performance, and/or Jazz Age would be the best fit for the project, especially if you already have some ideas on how to edit them. Happy to discuss either of them further if you have additional questions. Spike Mugiwara (talk) 16:51, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
